Wallet, top-ups and message costs
Your wallet is prepaid credit in your PeopleWisher account. Paid messages, such as SMS and X posts, are taken from it as they’re sent. Your plan subscription is billed separately.
You can always see your balance in the Wallet row at the bottom of the left menu, or by clicking your name.
Add funds (top up)
Section titled “Add funds (top up)”- Go to Settings → Billing and click Top up wallet. You can also click Top up wallet wherever you see a low-balance warning.
- In Add Funds To Wallet, pick a Quick select amount or type your own under Or enter amount.
- Click Proceed to Payment and complete the payment.
Your new balance shows once the payment is confirmed.
Minimum top-up

How you can pay
Section titled “How you can pay”- US dollars and Indian rupees: card payment through our payment partners.
- Nigerian naira: bank transfer. VAT (7.5%) and a small processing fee are deducted from the amount credited. The payment page shows the exact amount you’ll receive before you pay.
What uses your wallet

Prices are correct at the time of writing and may change. The cost of a quick send or campaign is always shown in Cost & balance before you send.
Example
Section titled “Example”A 200-character birthday SMS is sent as 2 parts. With a US dollar wallet, it costs 2 × $0.011 = $0.022 per person. For 50 birthdays a month, that’s $1.10.
What happens when your wallet runs low
Section titled “What happens when your wallet runs low”- Scheduled birthday SMS are skipped for that group when your balance can’t cover them, and we email you. Top up, then use Try again on the Schedule page for anyone who was missed.
- X shoutouts are skipped with Not posted: … Top up your wallet to post on X.
- Quick sends and campaigns show You need … more to send this. with a Top up wallet button.
- When resolving a failed message, you may see Wallet balance: … Top up first, then retry.
Gift wallet
Section titled “Gift wallet”Paid gifts from the Gift Center use a separate gift wallet. Top it up under Gift Center → Wallet.
Plans and invoices
Section titled “Plans and invoices”Go to Settings → Billing to see your Current plan and Billing history, or click Upgrade plan. Each plan includes a set number of contacts and groups.
